We do not accept returns, meaning all items are non-returnable. You have the option of requesting for a refund or a replacement item to be mailed to you. We will refund or replace your purchase if your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong order. We have a 3 day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receipt of your item to request a refund or replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Blue Bear immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Blue Bear can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a photo of the wrong order or damaged item next to the packaging it was received in. Your photo will be reviewed to determine if a refund or replacement is acceptable. Damages to your item include obvious creases, rips, tears, or noticeable water damage. Blue Bear will not refund or replace items that have color variations or small creases. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Blue Bear will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and inform you of the status of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If your replacement item is approved, you will receive a replacement in the mail at no cost to you. You will receive an email from Blue Bear Gifts confirming the process of your refund or replacement. For refunds, please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
